Enjoy Lobster Mac and a Classic Cocktail at Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar
Where the Brighton Station once welcomed commuters and out-of-towners to the city, the Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar now serves cocktails and classic American fare. The eatery debuted eight weeks ago with a freshly updated space, complete with vintage chandeliers, leather banquets, and bright blue barstools.
Patrons point to the lobster mac and cheese as their favorite dish so far, featuring butter-poached Cape Ann lobster, house-made cavatelli, and aged cheddar cheese. However, the steak frites seems to be a close second. It showcases a grilled flat iron steak with marrow butter and thick-cut fries. Other versions of steak and seafood round out the sweet and simple menu at Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar. Add a Golden Age cocktail for the full Rail Stop experience, like the barrel-aged Manhattan with Eagle Rare Bourbon, Antica Formula, La Quintinye, Gran Classico, rhubarb and angostura bitters, lemon citrus oil, and cherry.
