Glass House‘s moniker was inspired by the rich history of Kendall Square, which once hosted the nation’s biggest glass-making factory. Given that the eatery resides on the lower level of a building that’s almost entirely encased in glass, it’s a fitting name. Those all-encompassing windows make Glass House a sunny spot to grab brunch on a Sunday morning.
Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays, showcasing many New American eats on the menu. Start with a few dulce-de-leche beignets dusted with orange-cardamom sugar or clams stuffed with chorizo and manchego. Then, order something from the raw bar, or move right into a light breakfast like Greek yogurt topped with granola, fresh fruit, and toasted sesame seeds.
